PWS / CNC Plasma Cutting

Turn your drawing or cut profile into a clearly specified plasma-cutting job.

Profile cutting from accepted drawings or files, with material, thickness, detail and cutting requirements reviewed before quotation.

What to provide

  • DXF file, dimensioned drawing or hand sketch with finished dimensions and units.
  • Material grade, thickness and number of parts.
  • Hole sizes, detail requirements and any critical tolerances.
  • Material supply, edge-finishing requirements and your preferred timeline.

How pricing is established

Drawing preparation or programming, setup, nesting, cutting time, pierces, material and thickness, quantities and any agreed finishing.

The quotation confirms the job charge and any minimum, additional operations, material, consumables or transport included.

Confirm the arrangements

PWS reviews equipment availability, accepted material, tooling, dimensions, requirements and timing before accepting the job.

After the scope and price are agreed, PWS can issue a payment link for the approved service order.

REQUEST CNC PLASMA CUTTING

Upload your DXF, drawing or dimensioned sketch.

Already have a DXF file? Upload it with the material, thickness and required quantities. No DXF yet? Draw a sketch by hand, add the dimensions and units, then upload a clear photo or scan. PWS can convert your dimensioned drawing or sketch into a DXF file for machine cutting.

The selected unit applies to every length dimension in this form. Changing units converts entered numeric dimensions. Quantities stay as counts and angles stay in degrees. Label units on uploaded drawings and in free-text notes; these files and notes are not rescaled.

Parts and quantities

Use one row for each different design or size. For example, 15 identical base plates need one row with quantity 15. A different plate size or bracket needs its own row. Match each part mark to the uploaded file name, drawing label or sheet number.

Part 1

For a longer list or a drawing that already includes a complete parts schedule, choose the uploaded-list option. The attachment must identify every part, its size or drawing reference, and the quantity required.

Show finished dimensions and units on each drawing or sketch. A single file can contain several labelled parts; use matching part marks in the list above. Include holes, cut-outs and critical tolerances.

In the job notes, identify any material or thickness differences using the part marks above. Include tolerances, edge-finishing requirements, drawing-to-DXF conversion and other instructions. If using an uploaded parts schedule, make sure it contains each part and its quantity.

Attach up to 3 DXF, JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, 5 MB each. Files are emailed to PWS and are not published on the website.

Need another operation as well?

Include the full drawing or processing sequence in your request. PWS can review a combined scope rather than treating each operation as an unrelated job.
