PWS / Sheet & Plate Rolling

Specify curved sheet and plate components for your next fabrication or assembly.

Rolling of accepted sheet or plate into curved components, cylinders or other reviewed forms. Final geometry and capacity are confirmed for the job.

What to provide

  • Material grade, thickness and blank dimensions.
  • Finished width, radius or diameter and measurement reference.
  • Whether the part is an open curve, cylinder or tapered form.
  • Quantity, end preparation and whether seam welding or trimming is required.

How pricing is established

Setup, material and thickness, working width, radius or diameter, number of passes, handling, quantity and any agreed seam work.

The quotation confirms the job charge and any minimum, additional operations, material, consumables or transport included.

Confirm the arrangements

PWS reviews equipment availability, accepted material, tooling, dimensions, requirements and timing before accepting the job.

After the scope and price are agreed, PWS can issue a payment link for the approved service order.

REQUEST SHEET & PLATE ROLLING

Tell us what the job requires.

The selected unit applies to every length dimension in this form. Changing units converts entered numeric dimensions. Quantities stay as counts and angles stay in degrees. Label units on uploaded drawings and in free-text notes; these files and notes are not rescaled.

Sheet / plate dimensions

The length follows the curve around the cylinder. The width runs along the roller axis and becomes the cylinder height. Enter material thickness separately above.

Finished rolled diameter

Upload a drawing for the required shape, seam gap or overlap, straight ends, tolerances and any joining. For a cone or varying diameter, identify both end diameters and the finished height on the drawing.

Optional attachments: up to 3 JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, 5 MB each. Attachments are emailed to PWS and are not published on the website.

Need another operation as well?

Include the full drawing or processing sequence in your request. PWS can review a combined scope rather than treating each operation as an unrelated job.
