PWS / Tube & Section Rolling

Plan rings, arcs and curved sections around your required finished geometry.

Rolling of accepted tube and sections into specified curves or rings, with profile, orientation and achievable geometry reviewed before quotation.

What to provide

  • Material grade, profile dimensions and wall thickness.
  • Rolling orientation and any restrictions on the visible faces.
  • Finished radius or diameter, identifying inside, outside or centreline measurement.
  • Arc angle or complete ring, quantity, end trimming and whether joining is included.

How pricing is established

Machine and tooling setup, section size and wall thickness, rolling orientation, target radius, quantity, handling and any agreed joining or trimming.

The quotation confirms the job charge and any minimum, additional operations, material, consumables or transport included.

Confirm the arrangements

PWS reviews equipment availability, accepted material, tooling, dimensions, requirements and timing before accepting the job.

After the scope and price are agreed, PWS can issue a payment link for the approved service order.

REQUEST TUBE & SECTION ROLLING

Tell us what the job requires.

The selected unit applies to every length dimension in this form. Changing units converts entered numeric dimensions. Quantities stay as counts and angles stay in degrees. Label units on uploaded drawings and in free-text notes; these files and notes are not rescaled.

Give the section dimensions, required radius or diameter and quantity below. Identify inside, outside or centreline measurement and the rolling orientation on your drawing. For other or mixed sections, identify each profile in the notes or attached schedule. PWS confirms suitable tooling and achievable geometry for the selected section.

Cross-section dimensions

Choose a section above. Use outside dimensions for hollow sections and pipe; enter wall thickness separately above. For solid sections, thickness can be left blank.

Finished rolled shape

Upload a drawing showing rolling orientation, arc angle or arc length, any straight ends, trimming and joining requirements. For I/H, channel or T sections, identify web and flange thicknesses on the drawing. Other or mixed sections require a drawing or complete schedule.

Optional attachments: up to 3 JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF files, 5 MB each. Attachments are emailed to PWS and are not published on the website.

Need another operation as well?

Include the full drawing or processing sequence in your request. PWS can review a combined scope rather than treating each operation as an unrelated job.
