Before you commit to a gate, railing, staircase, or custom metalwork project, get the measurements and installation details needed to plan the work properly.

A PWS site assessment helps identify what your property needs and provides a clearer basis for your project quotation.

What Your Assessment Includes

• On-site measurements relevant to your proposed work.
• Discussion of your requirements and preferred design.
• Review of visible site conditions, access, and fixing surfaces.
• Preliminary recommendations on suitable materials or systems.
• Information needed to define the scope and prepare a quotation.

Choose Your Location Zone

Select the zone that applies to your property. Assessment travel is based from Castries. Your assessment fee is displayed after you select an option.

• Zone 1: North.
• Zone 2: North-central.
• Zone 3: South-central.
• Zone 4: South.

View the community and zone guide. If your location is unclear or near a boundary, confirm your zone with PWS before paying.

What Happens After Payment?

1. Keep your order confirmation and order number.
2. Enter your site location, project details, and preferred availability at checkout. Check that your contact details are correct.
3. PWS will contact you to confirm a suitable appointment.
4. We visit the property to assess the agreed project requirements.

Payment starts the booking process. It does not reserve a specific date or time. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by PWS.

What to Have Ready

Provide safe access to the measurement area. Have any available photos, drawings, or design references ready, and tell us about access restrictions or known hazards before the visit.

What This Purchase Covers

This purchase covers the site assessment only. Materials, detailed design, fabrication, delivery, and installation are quoted separately. Structural engineering certification, load calculations, and final design drawings are not included unless separately agreed.

Assessment Credit & Booking Terms

Your paid site assessment fee is automatically deducted from your project price when you proceed with PWS. The fee is collected upfront to cover the assessment time and travel if you decide not to proceed.

Review the cancellation, rescheduling, fee, and scope conditions in the Site Assessment Terms & Conditions before payment. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
