A starting guide, not a qualified WPS. Reference ranges are product-specific. Confirm your electrode package, machine manual and applicable welding procedure. Joint type supplies setup guidance; it does not calculate weld size, strength, root gap or pass count.

Wear appropriate welding PPE, control fumes and fire hazards, and test on suitable scrap before welding the workpiece. Galvanized coatings require suitable preparation and fume controls.
