Brent Mathurin is the founder of Progressive Welding Solutions Ltd. and Industrial Management Systems LLC. With more than two decades of experience in welding, metal fabrication, equipment repair, and engineered systems, he has built a career around solving practical problems through skilled craftsmanship, engineering, and innovation.
Beginning his journey as a welder-fabricator, Brent developed expertise in structural steel fabrication, stainless steel architectural systems, heavy equipment repairs, CNC plasma cutting, welding inspection standards, and industrial project management. His hands-on experience in the field has provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by contractors, fabricators, and construction professionals.
Through Progressive Welding Solutions, Brent delivers custom metal fabrication, structural steel works, stainless steel railing systems, gate systems, welding services, and engineered metal solutions throughout Saint Lucia. His focus is on providing durable, practical, and professionally executed solutions that create long-term value for clients.
Recognizing the growing need for digital tools within the trades, Brent founded Industrial Management Systems to develop engineering calculators, fabrication tools, business systems, and industry resources that help contractors and tradespeople improve efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.
