Complete PWS supply and installation package
The price includes fabrication, the hardware and fixings required for the specified design, delivery and professional installation by PWS. These are already incorporated in the overall package price; you do not need to purchase the included hardware separately from our store.
PWS handles the complete job from fabrication through final fitting and checks. This helps ensure correct installation, reliable operation and clear responsibility for workmanship and warranty support. Our custom gates and railings are supplied as a complete PWS-installed package.

Square-foot pricing
The displayed rate is US$41.15 per square foot for this Model 1 double-swing design. Billable area = complete clear opening width between pillars × maximum gate height. Gate price = area × this design’s square-foot rate. Enter each dimension once using decimal feet or feet and inches, including fractional inches. Quantity means identical gates. Measure the complete clear opening between the inside faces of the pillars; PWS determines individual leaf sizes after allowing for hinges and clearances.
Reference size: 12 ft wide × 6 ft high = 72 sq ft. The rate was calculated from an EC$8,000 reference estimate and converted to US dollars at EC$2.70 per US$1, then rounded to two decimals. The reference total at the rounded rate is US$2,962.80. Final quotation is subject to a site assessment, confirmed dimensions, specification, finish, location and installation conditions. Any applicable taxes are confirmed in the quotation.
Gate automation, new columns, foundations and masonry work are quoted separately. The image is a design illustration; fabrication details will be confirmed before production.
